Shipping quotes are from Premier Trans Express here in Chiang Mai, and based upon shipping to your designated port. It is not door-to-door delivery. You will need to make your own arrangements for customs clearance and local delivery from the port to your home or office.

For customs clearance, you can contact the customs office in your home country. However, you may be required, or it may be more practical, to hire a customs broker. Note that a broker will charge fees in addition to any import duties that you might be required to pay.
Small items are shipped to you door-to-door via Federal Express, DHL, etc. to the address that you provide to us at time of purchase. You may still need to pay an import duty before delivery. Contact the customs office in your home country for information.
